PASSION is NOT ARROGANCE.

Our team plays HARD - it's the truth. No one who watches our team play can argue otherwise. As head coach of this program, I COULD NOT be PROUDER of the EFFORT our players put forth. On Sunday, a group of four freshmen and one senior battled back from a 17 point deficit to cut the lead to four with 4:59 to go in the contest. We did so against a team who starts four seniors. Certainly EXPERIENCE matters at this level, but so does HEART.

During our comeback, the atmosphere in our gym was so electric. For that, I have to thank our parents and fans who support us no matter what the final score. They have respect for the game, and cheer their hearts out in a POSITIVE manner, win or lose. I have to thank my phenomenal coaching staff who remains positive amidst all my fits of rage. And most importantly, I have to thank our players who give EVERYTHING THEY HAVE for this program. Not too long ago, I was a player, and I know how AMAZING it feels to have the support of a gym full of fans, your teammates, and the coaching staff.

I BELIEVE in my KIDS.
I BELIEVE they PLAY the GAME the RIGHT WAY - with INTEGRITY, PASSION,  and GUTS.

I BELIEVE they PLAY SO HARD because they BELIEVE in EACH other.
They BELIEVE in the TEAM...in US.

I also BELIEVE that OUR BEST is YET to COME.
